San Ysidro Health Center’s Healthy Steps is hosting a series of parent from 6 to 8 p.m. March 24 at Lincoln High School in the Parent Center, Room 601.
The interactive sessions will provide information along with effective discipline and communication skills for parents to develop and promote healthy family lifestyles.
Topics include communication, stages of development through adolescence, defining discipline and child abuse, and ceremony and certificates.
