San Diego, CA–San Diego police released a new surveillance video Thursday of a missing Indiana woman and her boyfriend walking into a convenience store earlier last month.
The video shows Lateche Norris, 20, and her boyfriend, Joseph Smith, 25, entering a downtown San Diego 7-Eleven around 11:25 p.m. in her last visible movements before vanishing on November 4.
On November 9, Norris’ family reported her as a missing person to the San Diego Police Department.
Norris was last seen wearing a navy-blue T-shirt with a black hooded sweatshirt, khaki pants, and black shoes with white trim. She carried a black-and-white-checkered backpack. She is 5 feet, 8 inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. She had tattoos on the backs of her fingers.
Smith was wearing black or dark blue jeans and the same black, skater-type shoes as Norris. Smith also had a black and gray backpack. Smith has several tattoos on the left side of his neck, down his left arm and hand, and on both legs. He has brown hair, hazel eyes, six feet tall, and weighs around 185 pounds.
