RANCHO BERNARDO–The Church at Rancho Bernardo will host a free self-awareness seminar next month at the church.
The seminar, The Truth About Me, taught by Adell Russ, MFT, will held on Sundays, January 23 to February 27 from 4:15 to 6:30 p.m. at The Cove, 11838 Bernardo Plaza Court (just a few driveways down from the church’s main campus).
