SAN DIEGO–Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Street Gang Unit are asking for assistance from the public to help identify and locate the suspect wanted for shooting four separate people in the Logan Heights Neighborhood.
On July 18 at 7:13 p.m., four males were standing near a parked vehicle at 200 S. Bancroft Street, in San Diego. A suspect approached the four males and asked if they were gang members. The suspect immediately pulled out a handgun from his sweatshirt pocket and shot all four males. The suspect then fled the area on foot. All four victims survived their injuries.
The suspect is described as a black male with a dark complexion, five feet, four to five feet, six inches tall, weighs 220 to 230 pounds, and had a light goatee and unknown hair style. The suspect was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and brown shorts. Investigators believe the suspect got out of a mid to late 1990’s tan or beige Ford Taurus.
