SAN DIEGO–Phoebe Hearst Elementary hosts its 50th anniversary school picnic for students, alumni, and staff, past and present, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., May 22 at the school’s Upper Field, 6230 Del Cerro Blvd. in San Diego. The event is open to public.
