CARLSBAD–Pet of the Week is Tootsie. She is a six-year-old affectionate, chocolate Labrador retriever who likes to play ball and hang with humans.
Visit Tootsie at the County Animal Services’ animal care facility in Carlsbad. The shelter is open from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and is located at 2481 Palomar Airport Road.
Tootsie’s ID number is A1734659. Her adoption fee is $35 (includes current vaccinations, flea control and a free veterinary exam within the first 10 days.
