Pet of the week: Shakti

March 7, 2020 By sdcnews

Shakti

ENCINITAS–Shakti is the pet of the week at Rancho Coastal Humane Society. She’s a 1-1/2-year-old, 50 pounds, female, tri-colored, blue pitbull.

There are two sides to Shakti. She can be timid in new situations, then be ready to cuddle when she feels comfortable. She’s very smart. Her new family will want to continue her training. Shakti was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society through the Friends of County Animal Shelters program.

The $145 adoption fee for Shakti includes medical exams, vaccinations, spay, and registered microchip.

For more information call (760) 753-6413, visit Rancho Coastal Humane Society at 389 Requeza Street in Encinitas, or visit www.SDpets.org.
