We’re not only creating a new experience with classical music, but we’re also designing a new paradigm for how an orchestra can be run like entrepreneurial business. Beverly has proven she understands how far out of the box we want to go in order to achieve these goals,” says Maestro Pak.
Dr. Samuel Simon Dychter, president of the board of directors, states, “Beverly brings a wealth of experience to this position with her background in music and her successful executive and management roles in the corporate business world. We believe she is exactly the leader we need as we transition from a high-quality traditional music organization into a high-quality entertainment organization based on new business models.”
The next Orchestra Nova concert is Celebrating San Diego’s KPBS on April 1, 2 and 4. Favorite theme music from public radio and TV will be performed, much of it live for the first time ever.
