Vista, CA–A drive-by shooting early Saturday morning injured one man while he was walking on the sidewalk with another man in Vista, the Sheriff’s Department said.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call of a shooting that occurred just before 12 a.m. in the 300 block of Vista Village Drive.
Deputies at the scene learned the two men were shot at by an unknown suspect in a gold or silver Honda Accord authorities said.
The victim was taken to a local hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.
Sheriff’s Department detectives are investigating the incident.
