SAN DIEGO–One male is dead, and two males are hospitalized after gunshots were fired during an argument, San Diego police said on Saturday.
OnJune 27, at 9:45 p.m., the San Diego Police Department received a 911 call of gunshots being fired in the 1600 block of Cathy Street.
When officers arrived, they located a male in his 30’s lying in the street. The male had sustained gunshot wounds to his upper torso and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Officers located three additional males in their 20’s who had also suffered gunshot wounds during the same incident. The three males were transported to a local hospital; one was listed in critical condition and two were listed in stable condition.
The preliminary investigation revealed witnesses hearing several people in an argument when gunshots rang out. A suspect description is not available at this time, but a compact dark colored 4-door vehicle was seen leaving the area.
