Missing woman Dawn Offerman.
OCEANSIDE–Oceanside police is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 47 year-old Oceanside woman who was last seen at approximately noon Tuesday walking her dog.
Dawn Offerman was last seen in the 100 block of Loma Alta Drive in Oceanside.
Offerman is a white female with a diminished mental capacity. She is five feet, six inches tall, 195 pounds with dyed red shoulder length hair, brown eyes and skull tattoos on her left arm.
