OCEANSIDE–Celebrating a decade of “Keeping the Music Alive in Our Schools and Community,” the 10th annual Oceanside Music Festival will present six concerts this year, showcasing both student and professional musicians from throughout Southern California.
The series runs through October 23, and will feature a wide range of concerts including multicultural, Broadway, choral, and classical music.
It’s Broadway, Baby! concert will be held at 7:30 p.m., October 14 at Quantum Learning Network Conference Center, 1938 Avenida Del Oro in Oceanside. It is a music and dance spectacular, featuring Carlsbad Choraleers, Damsels in Distress, as well as local favorite singers, dancers, and incredibly talents student performers. The concert covers the history of the Tony Awards with familiar and some new Broadway tunes.
Tickets for this event (or for other OMFest concerts) are $15 for general admission; $12 for military, students, and seniors; $10 for children. (Opening gala tickets Oct 12 only – including food reception and entertainment – $30 for all ages.)
