OCEANSIDE–The city will host a free concert August 26 in the park featuring headliners Surfin’ Safari, a Beach Boys tribute band.
It is the second summer concerts program offered through Oceanside Parks and Recreation and the newly formed non-profit, Friends of Oceanside Parks.
The program will feature a pre-show starting at 5 p.m. with the headlining band taking the stage at approximately 6 p.m. Pre-show entertainment will feature Two-Tones playing popular sounds from artists such as Jimmy Buffet and Santana.
The concert will be held at Rancho Del Oro Park, 4700 Mesa Drive in Oceanside.
