OCEANSIDE—The Oceanside Public Library Foundation will host a free “Charitable Gifting Seminar” at 2 p.m., Tuesday, March 2 in the Oceanside Civic Center Library Community Rooms, 330 N. Coast Highway in downtown Oceanside.

The featured speaker will be J. Wiley Jones, Attorney at Law, who specializes in trusts and estate planning. This seminar will focus on: why you should consider charitable gifting; what is a 501(c)(3) organization; guidelines for choosing a qualified charitable organization; what you can give; and tax advantages of charitable gifting.

This is a non-solicitation seminar, and the presentation is intended for informational purposes only. The Oceanside Public Library Foundation does not provide tax or legal advice. Seating is limited for this presentation, so advance registration is highly recommended.
