Oceanside male has been identified.
OCEANSIDE–Oceanside police says a young male with severe down syndrome has been identified today.
The young man’s mother is with officers in the field. The babysitter came to police department to report him missing, Oceanside police says.
Officers received calls regarding a young man who might need medical attention at the 4400 block of Salinas Street in Oceanside. They located a young male who suffers from severe down syndrome. Officers say he goes by the name “Chris,” but were unable to get further information of his identity and current home address.
