OCEANSIDE–A police officer is recovering from his injuries after his motorcycle Monday collided with a vehicle on State Route 76, an Oceanside police spokesman said Wednesday.
The accident occurred while Oceanside police officers were responding to a traffic collision in the area of State Route 76 and Benet Road.
Officer Martin Morabe, who is a twenty-five year veteran of the Oceanside Police Department, was involved in the traffic collision Monday. He was flown to an area hospital.
