Nominations sought for Outstanding Teacher for San Diego County Credit Union Classroom Heroes

February 2, 2022 By sdcnews

San Diego, CA–San Diego County Credit Union and the San Diego County Office of Education are honoring San Diego County teachers through SDCCU Classroom Heroes, launched in partnership with the San Diego County Office of Education.

Three local “Classroom Heroes” will be recognized every quarter. The winning teachers will be featured on SDCCU social media platforms and receive a $250 SDCCU Visa gift card.

“SDCCU is proud to continue to recognize local San Diego County educators in the New Year for their dedication and hard work,” said San Diego County Credit Union President and CEO Teresa Campbell. “Recognizing the ‘classroom heroes’ in our communities is one of many ways SDCCU supports San Diego teachers and education. The impact these educators have on our youth makes a lasting impression that will guide our upcoming leaders towards a successful future.”

Teachers, students, parents, and the community are encouraged to nominate a deserving teacher by visiting sdccu.com/classroomheroes.
