SAN DIEGO–N.N. Jaeschke, Inc. (NNJ), an Associa company, announced the engagement of two major exterior repainting contracts through NNJ’s Property Services division: La Jolla Alta Master Association, located in La Jolla, and Cambria Community Association, a neighborhood located within the Del Mar Highlands Master Association.
“We are thrilled to sign contracts with both of these exclusive communities,” said NNJ CEO Robert A. Felix. “Being chosen as the painting company for these major projects is truly an honor, and our expertise combined with La Jolla Alta Master Council and Cambria Community Association’s unique attributes promises to result in fantastic projects.”
Property Services Supervisor Josh Bradley, who negotiated these accounts, worked closely with the Cambria Board of Directors and their Community Association Manager Maria Wright for nearly a year to ensure the scope of work was drawn up to the Board’s satisfaction.
Located in the Mount Soledad area of La Jolla, the La Jolla Alta Master Association contains at least five sub-communities, and has two pools, two saunas, a clubhouse, a fitness room and five tennis courts.
Cambria Community Association, a sub-association of the Del Mar Highlands project, has two pools, two spas and two tennis courts for its residents to enjoy.
Both communities have easy access to freeways, excellent schools and world-class shopping, and offer the finest in the relaxed Southern California lifestyle.
