San Diego, CA–An Indiana woman who went missing for three weeks in San Diego has been found safe, San Diego Police Department said on Saturday.
San Diego Police Department investigators met with 20-year-old Lateche Norris in person Saturday and confirmed she is safe. Detectives also verified Norris was not and is not the victim of any crime.
Norris thanked the public for their concern and asked for privacy.
The San Diego Police Department thanks its public safety and community partners for their effort in locating Norris.
Norris had recently moved from Indiana to San Diego to meet with her boyfriend, 25-year-old Joseph Smith.
Her mother, Cheryl Walker had reported her missing to the San Diego Police Department on November 9.
