VISTA–A truck carrying construction materials overturned Tuesday near an on-ramp in Vista, authorities said.
The 11:45 a.m. accident caused diesel fuel to spill from the truck onto the road near the Highway 78 east on-ramp on Vista Village Way.
Authorities closed the ramp while hazmat crews cleaned up the fuel.
The driver of the truck was not injured.
