OCEANSIDE–A man with trauma to his upper body was found dead on an Oceanside sidewalk on Wednesday, according to the Oceanside police department.
The man’s body was found at about 5:14 a.m. in the area of Dubuque and McNeil Streets. The man had sustained an unknown type injury to the upper body and is believed to be in his 20’s, according to authorities.
