OCEANSIDE–Learn how to draw with caricature artist Ricardo Vasquez at the Oceanside Public Library at 2 p.m. July 13 at the Mission Branch, 3861-B Mission Avenue, or at 2 p.m. July 17 at the Civic Center Library, 330 North Coast Highway in Oceanside.
Vasquez will give live demonstrations and hands-on instructions on how to draw caricatures. The program is free and for children ages six to twelve.
