LA JOLLA–The 11th annual La Jolla Art and Wine Festival returns this fall with a lineup of artists, wineries and breweries, and live music along the La Jolla shores.
The curated fine art show boasts a collection of internationally recognized talent, as well as fresh up and coming artists. The selective group of artists represent a variety of mediums such as painting, sculpture, jewelry design, fine glass, ceramics, woodwork, mixed media and photography. Visitors can walk along Girard Avenue to view the magnificent art and visit local businesses, eateries, and a wine and beer garden.
Over the years, the festival has expanded through the quaint streets of the village of La Jolla, and grown to be noted as one of the most prestigious art and wine festivals in Southern California.
Visitors can also enjoy sips of delectable spirits from Boochcraft, Seven Caves Distillery, Henebery Whiskey, and more. For beer lovers, ample tastes from internationally renowned as well as local craft breweries such as Karl Strauss, Pizza Port, and Novo Brazil (just to name a few), will please any hop-centric palate.
All profits raised benefit underfunded programs such as art, music, science, physical education, technology, and on-site medical care at all La Jolla public schools.
The event will be held on Saturday, October 12 and Sunday, October 13 along Girard Avenue in La Jolla.
Tasting tickets are $5 for one ticket and $20 for five tickets.
