SAN DIEGO–The San Diego HIV Health Services Planning Council is currently seeking consumers, persons living with HIV or AIDS to fill seven vacant membership seats.
In today’s environment, there are new challenges for those living with HIV or AIDS due to budget reductions and changes to various key services. By becoming involved in the HIV planning process you will be able to provide input on services delivered specifically to the HIV community. You will help address the needs of those affected and ensure that their voices are represented. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to use your experience and knowledge to assist other Planning Council members in finding solutions to difficult problems. This will help ensure that PLWH/A have access to the best possible care and services at all times.
