SAN DIEGO–House of Blues San Diego has got it right, creating a menu with global cuisine featuring some of the freshest local ingredients. House of Blues San Diego spent the last month searching through 5,000 House of Blues recipes to bring to life great flavors and great variety at a great value. In celebration of the creation of the new menu, the first one hundred San Diegans are invited to experience a free entrée showcasing the global cuisine House of Blues created. The premiere of the new menu takes place Monday, June 14 from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The first one hundred guests are invited to choose an entrée from a few new delicious menu items for lunch including: Lemon Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Fajita Melt, Muffaletta Sandwich, Smoked Whole Wheat Turkey Wrap, Caprese Sandwich, and Chopped Vegetable Salad.
“We are extremely excited to offer our guests a wide variety of excellent food at a great value. We have stayed true to our roots and added some classic House of Blues fare as well as adding some food with local flair using some of the freshest local ingredients,” says General Manager Matt Parsons.
This passion for food and the House of Blues brand has lead Parsons’ to create a menu with local fresh foods combined with classic House of Blues recipes such as the Pork Chop with Cornbread stuffing, Cowboy Steak, and Southern Saltimbocca.
During the premiere of the new menu, guests will enjoy live music and a chance to text to win awesome prizes.
To keep the party going, House of Blues will host a Happy Hour blow out bash all week long starting Monday, June 14 through the 18 from 4 -7 p.m. with complimentary food from the killer new happy hour menu.
