SAN DIEGO–U.S. Senate candidate Carly Fiorina was in San Diego Saturday morning to kick off a three-day statewide get-out-the-vote tour.
Fiorina, fully recovered from an infection related to her reconstructive surgery, met with precinct walkers at the San Diego Victory 2010 Headquarters in Sorrento Valley.
She served pancakes to volunteers who were working on a rainy day to get out the vote for her on Tuesday’s election day.
“The stakes in California’s U.S. Senate race are higher than ever this year, and the opportunity to finally retire an out-of-touch career politician who spent the last 28 years fighting against our nation’s job creators makes our final get-out-the-vote effort all the more urgent,” said Fiorina.
She thanked supporters and volunteers for working to get voters to the polls. After posing for several photo opts, Fiorina left San Diego to visit Orange County, Sacramento and Chico.
