ESCONDIDO—Investigators are searching for a man suspected of killing his wife Wednesday morning inside their Escondido home.
Investigators have identified the suspect as Jesus “Tony” Flores Hernandez, 46, of Escondido. He whereabouts are unknown at this time.
On July 31, Escondido police were called to the 1500 block of East El Norte Parkway by a child who said he was unable to wake his mother. Officers arrived at the home and determined the woman, identified as Juana Jacinto Montalvo, 44, was deceased.
Hernandez, who goes by the name “Tony”, is described as a Hispanic male with black collar length hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. Hernandez drives a 2004 tan in color GMC Canyon pick-up truck. The truck is a 4-door model, California registration 7D60443.
