SAN DIEGO–Education attorneys at the law firm of Stutz Artiano Shinoff & Holtz are “training the trainers” by presenting at conferences throughout California on the critical issues educators face and how to minimize their risks this school year.
Workshops include “Employment Law Round Up” for community college human resource professionals, “Cyber Bullying” legal panel and “AB1266 Briefings” for school districts on the recent Education Code changes dealing with sex-segregated school programs and activities.
“It is an investment of time to attend professional training, especially at the beginning of the school year with so much going on,” says Partner Daniel Shinoff who heads the firm’s Education Practice. “It is definitely worth time spent because this sets the course for best practices that can develop throughout the school year to better manage the outcome of unexpected issues when they arise.”
