Fadi Boulos Chaiban
SAN DIEGO–Crime Stoppers and detectives from the San Diego Police Department’s Western Division are looking for any additional victims and/or witnesses involving a fraud case in San Diego.
Detectives said 49-year-old Fadi Boulos Chaiban, also known as Eddie Morretti, Anthony Paul Marino, and Eddie Baker, has defrauded at least two separate women of approximately $169,000. Chaiban meets women on social websites, dates, promises them a future and gets them to give him large amounts of money for investments. He never makes any investments and is not heard from again.
If anyone has been involved in any relationship, or investment with Chaiban where they believe he has taken money or goods from them, contact San Diego Police Department Detective Jacques at (619) 692-4833, or the Crime Stoppers anonymous tip line at (888) 580-8477.
