VISTA–Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in locating an at-risk missing man who walked away from his care facility in the unincorporated area of Vista, according to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department on Twitter.
Berhane Piong, 36, walked away from his care facility at 2225 Bosna Place Bosna Place
Piong is at-risk due to medical issues and developmental disabilities. He’s vulnerable because he has the living and decision making skills of a 12-year-old. He is ‘likely very scared.’ He will respond if you call him Berhane.
He was last seen wearing his favorite camouflage hoodie jacket, black sweatpants, and blue sneakers.
