October 7, 2021 By sdcnews

Vista, CA–Authorities Tuesday are searching for the driver who injured a man in a hit-and-run collision in a store parking lot in Vista.

Sheriff’s deputies responded to a 5 p.m. report of a vehicle running over a pedestrian in the parking lot of the AutoZone located at 950 South Santa Fe Avenue.

A Hispanic man was discovered pinned underneath a Toyota pickup truck. The unidentified driver of the vehicle fled the scene prior to the deputy’s arrival.
