City of San Marcos hosting 4th of July Fireworks celebration

SAN MARCOS–The City of San Marcos is hosting its annual 4 of July Celebration, “America the Beautiful”, on Sunday, July 4 at Bradley Park located at the corner of Linda Vista Dr. and Rancho Santa Fe Rd. in San Marcos.

The evening’s free entertainment featuring Southbound Jonny will begin at 6 pm. There will be free children’s activities including a magic show, carnival games and party jumps. Food concessions will include hot dogs, grilled checken, pizza, nachos, snow cones, and non-alcoholic beverages.

The “KyXy 96.5 Simulcast” Fireworks Display starting at 9 pm is solely sponsored through community donations. Local business and individuals donate their time and money to make the display possible.
