ESCONDIDO–Castle Creek Country Clubnamed Friday LeeAnn Reiman as Director of Food and Beverage.
With more than a decade of experience in the restaurant industry, Reiman will oversee all aspects of the country club’s food and beverage planning and service, revamp menus and coordinate weekly specials.
“Since joining the club, LeeAnn has not only scheduled and planned numerous events at our facility, but she’s made a significant impact and increased sales in our lounge, restaurant and snack shack,” said Sang Han, Manager at Castle Creek Country Club. “She possesses a wealth of knowledge in the restaurant industry and will play an instrumental role as we make significant changes moving forward.”
Prior to joining Castle Creek in 2010, Reiman spent five years helping her son and his business partners open the TapRoom in Pacific Beach, Calif. In addition, she owned Bloomers Flowers in San Diego for 20 years and has planned more than 1,200 weddings during her career. Reiman became acquainted with the restaurant industry at a young age as a result of her family owning 18 restaurant chains in Michigan. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan.
“I’m ecstatic about this opportunity and look forward to improving the dining facility, food options and bringing members and guests back to the club,” said LeeAnn Reiman. “There are going to be some exciting changes taking place here starting next month and Castle Creek is going to experience a 180!”
Located in northern San Diego, Castle Creek Country Club offers golf enthusiasts an 18-hole, PGA approved, championship course. In addition, the facility includes a pro-shop, lounge with TVs, restaurant, and space to host meetings, weddings, and other private events.
