CARLSBAD–The Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce will host a mayoral and city council candidates’ forum on Sept. 24 in Carlsbad.
Speaking at the city council candidates forum are incumbent Mark Packard, William Jubb, Farrah Douglas, and Jon Wantz. At the mayoral forum are Matt Hall, Glenn Bernard, and Councilmember Keith Blackburn.
The city council candidates’ forum runs 10 to 11:15 a.m., and the mayor’s forum is 11:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
The candidates forums will be held at the Sheraton Carlsbad Resort and Spa, 5480 Grand Pacific Drive in Carlsbad.
