California Tribal Business Alliance appoints new executive officer

June 26, 2010 By Staff

SAN DIEGO–(Businesswire)–The California Tribal Business Alliance has appointment of Chris Lindstrom as the organization’s new Executive Officer.

Lindstrom brings more than 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors, including legislative, administrative and policy work in the executive and legislative branches of the California government. He recently served as a consultant to the California Senate and Assembly Committees on Governmental Organization.

He will be responsible for providing oversight of the CTBA’s day-to-day operations and strategic guidance to the organization’s Board of Directors.

“Chris’ broad knowledge and experience in public policy and private enterprise will be a major asset to our organization,” said CTBA Chairwoman Leslie Lohse. “I’m confident Chris will help us build upon the CTBA’s success and momentum, especially as we address issues of critical importance to tribal governance, gaming and business development in the years ahead.”

Lindstrom will be based at the CTBA’s new headquarters office in Sacramento.
