SAN FRANCISCO–Chief Justice of California Tani G. Cantil-Sakauye will deliver her “State of the Judiciary” address before a joint session of the California Legislature at 4 p.m. on March 11. The address will be given in the Assembly Chamber of the State Capitol Building, Sacramento.
