SALT LAKE CITY–Sundance, a lifestyle retailer of women’s and men’s apparel, footwear, jewelry, accessories, art, and home décor, is opening its newest store in San Diego.
The store, located in Westfield University Town Center, hosted its grand opening weekend celebration on Thursday.
“We are thrilled to be joining the San Diego community. The Sundance heritage is one of celebrating new discovery through creative, artistic expression,” Sundance CEO Matey Erdos said. “The Westfield University Town Center store offers our customers an unique experience not commonly found elsewhere, one that we are privileged to provide.”
A portion of the proceeds from the grand opening weekend will go to the American Red Cross of San Diego, a humanitarian organization working to provide relief to victims of disaster and help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies.
Famed actor, director, and filmmaker, Robert Redford founded Sundance Catalog in 1989 to promote the works of artists and craftspeople from across the country and around the world. From a small operation run out of the attic of the old Sundance Village firehouse, Sundance has grown to become one of America’s preeminent lifestyle retailers. Offering a thoughtfully curated mix of unique, premium-quality women’s and men’s apparel and footwear, jewelry, accessories, art and home décor, Sundance elevates the traditions of authentic American heritage into a classic and creative style.
Sundance headquarters are located in Salt Lake City, UT.
