At-risk San Marcos man reported missing

SAN MARCOS–The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 55-year-old San Marcos man reported missing January 27.

Steve Mesa Turrey was last seen walking away from the All Seasons RV Park on January 26 around 11 p.m. Turrey is at-risk because of current medical and mental health issues. He also takes prescription medication.  

Turrey is described as an Hispanic man, approximately 6 feet tall, weighs about 180 pounds with a shaved head. He is clean shaven. He also has a scar on the back of his neck. Turrey was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, blue jeans, black boots, a plaid sweatshirt and green beanie.

Anyone with information about Turrey’s whereabouts is asked to call the Sheriff’s Department at (858) 565-5200.
